Like if you hate the idea of the fit sure then hate all you want, but the role the ship is meant to fulfill is very understandable. It's a Fast warping chase ship that can infty-point. A very good ship for an alliance like Marmite as no ends of people will WCS the ** out there ships. And nothing is more frustrating than a Mega getting away just because all his lows are stabbed to high hell. Although still have the extra scrambler doesn't make any sorta sense since the new update, but since that literally JUST happened it's forgivable. And it could be dropped for another web for keep people from crashing gates or another sebo for catching smaller **, Even if you think the Proteus is better, it's not really. The proteus gets around a 5au warp speed, but even with a 3 point scram, the Phobos still gets around 30km scram with the infinity point. That and if go for magstabs on the Proteus you will not enter warp as fast the phobos will. If both the Phobos and the Proteus are rigged for tank, then the Phobos enters warp a second faster than the Proteus will, The phobos is little bit faster with the MWD as well. Which mean regional gates are less of a pain when you have to burn to point. And in all honesty as long as your Phobos warps faster than 3.3au/s you will always out warp your target on long warps and land about the same time on short jumps as long as it's cruiser size, and if your going for something smaller you obviously want proper fast tackle like a Crow. DPS isn't really an issue with either ship since they are meant for a fleet. Really the tank on the proteus is it's only benefit when you down to tacks. `#DeleteTheWeak`

To refer that post to telling somebody to kill themselves shows you have no grip on fact and fiction and is really a lower blow than anything I have ever posted. I believe you need to distinguish the difference between fact and fiction as that is clearly an issue for you! I would honestly say Tora is doing something right when it comes down to keeping his alliance intact. As most tend to fracture when mercs place pressure on them. FUNATIX, Archetype, Abso, Deadly, Logitech Blasters, Space Warriors, and the list could go one for a while. Every Alliance has capable people, getting those people invested into an alliance and herding them around without making it seem like logging in is a task is something very hard to do. Especially when Merc Wars tend to be considered High-Risk do or die sorta things by those who are apart of them. `#DeleteTheWeak`
